It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We want to apologize but we don’t offer Customization.

We have provided a standard size chart on each product page.
It can be used before making a purchase for the best possible fit. All measurements
are in Inches (in), so measure yourself accordingly.


Once you have made up your mind
to buy, click on the product you wish to order. Select a suitable size from our
size list. Now click on the “Add to Cart” button once you have selected the
quantity you would like to order. There will be a slide-in window at the right -hand
side with your order total and a “Checkout” button. Click on the checkout
button to proceed with payment and delivery details.

After you successfully place the
order on our website, you will be sent a confirmation mail from Lavanya The Label.
We will then start the making process of your product at our Bhilwara’s
warehouse and keep you informed at every step with regards to the delivery of
the same. When your product is ready, we will pack it after quality check and
hand it over to our trusted delivery partners. Thus, your item is shipped to
your location.

After your product dispatched, we
will share you the tracking details of your product. With the help of this
tracking ID, you can track your product on our courier partner's website till
it is delivered.

We will try our best to get your
products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not
reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at orders@lavanyathelabel.com and we
will try our best to resolve your issues.

We will be able to change your
shipping address only until the product has been dispatched from the warehouse.

order details in reference to this.

You can review the status of your
order and other tracking related queries under the My Orders section.

In case your money has been
debited and you can't see your order under My Orders section, you can contact us at our any social

Since currently, we do not have
our own courier partners, it's a third-party courier service due to which we
are unable to share the contact details however the field executive will call
you upfront before the delivery.

You can track the status of your
order on the 'My Orders' section on our website once logged in.

For orders within India, once
your order is dispatched you'll receive an email and SMS with the tracking
number and the name of the courier company that is processing your order.

We generally procure and ship the
items within 2-3 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and

estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order
shipped to. It gets covered within 7-12 days maximum.

We surely accept bulk/wholesale orders and ship

All orders in India will be shipped free. For International Orders a nominal fee of INR 1900 per
product would be applied.

Yes, we do accept and shipped
International Orders but all the customs duties will bourn by the customer by themselves.

Yes, we do offer express shipping
on selected articles.

No. Shipping charges are
non-refundable in case of exchange or cancellations.

For all online order, our
delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the
product will be returned to our warehouse.

In case of Cash on Delivery
Order, the Delivery Service provider normally calls before making a delivery
attempt. If a customer is not present when our delivery service provider
attempts to deliver the order, three more attempts are made automatically and
after that product is returned to our warehouse.

Lavanya The Label offers express
shipping for all your urgent occasion needs. For express delivery, shipping charges
will given by customer themselves.

Returns & Cancellations

Made To Orders can only be
cancelled within 48 hours depending on the status of the product. If you want
to cancel in this case you can contact our customer support team.

• You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. You can simply visit your account on our application or website and click on “My Orders” where you will be able to see your order history. Select the product or the order you want to cancel and the process shall be complete. You will receive a notification affirming the same.
• Cash on Delivery orders will be cancelled instantly.
• For prepaid orders, refund will be initiated right after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund will be made on the same source the payment was made on. Please note that refund can take 7-10 days to reflect in your account.
• An Amount minimum 150/- INR should be there depends on actual freight.
• Please note that cancellations are to be done before the order has shipped. We are unable to accept any cancellations after dispatch.
• In rare circumstances, we may accept your cancellation request after the product has been shipped. In that case, the refund will be made exclusive of the shipping charges if paid.
