Since each outfit is created from scratch, the delivery timelines include the time required to design and prepare your bespoke order. Below are the details of our shipping policies for domestic and international orders:
Domestic Delivery
- Shipping Locations: We ship across India from our Bhilwara office.
- No Platform Fee: Enjoy shopping without any additional platform charges.
- Shipping Timeline: As a Made-to-Order brand, preparing and dispatching a product requires time. Domestic orders are shipped within 15-30 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery Timeline: We take 7-12 business days to deliver your shipment after it has been dispatched.
- Packaging: Every order is carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Multiple Shipments: For orders with multiple items, products may arrive in separate shipments.
- Courier Service: If courier services are unavailable in your area, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery location.
- Unforeseen Delays: While most orders are shipped as promised, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you via email with updated delivery details.
International Shipping
- Shipping Locations: We deliver to most international destinations.
- Delivery Timeline: International orders are shipped via International Priority and may take 15-30 business days. Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processes.
- Shipping Rates: For orders outside India, a delivery charge of ₹1900/- per product applies.
- Custom Duties: Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be estimated or guaranteed by us.
Self-Collection Option
- Request Procedure: Customers wishing to collect their orders personally can email us at orders@lavanyathelabel.com with their order number.
- Collection Timeline: Orders must be collected within two working days of receiving a confirmation email. Uncollected orders will be shipped to the stated address.
