Domestic Delivery

Lavanya The Label provides shipping services all across India. To make it easy for you, we have mentioned a few of the policies which will help you have it clear:

• We proceed with all shipping from our India (Bhilwara) Office.
• Free standard shipping all across the country.
• We generally procure and ship the items within 2-3 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
• The estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped to. It gets covered within 7-12 days maximum.
• If any user makes a purchase in India and selects the mode of payment as COD (Cash on delivery) then the customer has to pay INR 100 as shipping charges. For the online mode of payment, there are no shipping charges for the customers in India. (I think there is no shipping charged in case of COD also?
• All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage.
• If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
• Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date. however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. In this case, we’ll send an e-mail, intimating to you about the issue and the revised shipment/delivery date.
• Shipping refers to the time taken to obtain the item(s), packing and dispatching. You will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on our site (E.g. Ships within 2-3 days). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end.

So, once the package has left our warehouse, The packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery. Following updates related to delivery are accessible normally inside 1 day of delivery out.

International Shipping Policies

Shipping

International orders are all shipped International Priority with our carrier. Estimated shipping time is within 12-20 business days, however, this might be extended depending on the customs process and may vary depending on the destination country.

Rates

When it comes to international orders, you will be charged USD 24 per kg..Orders delivered to addresses outside India may be subject to extra taxes, charges, or fees which are acknowledged by the local office of the destination place.

 Custom Duties

The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by the customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing an order with us. Also, we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.

SELF-COLLECTION @ LAVANYATHELABEL

• Please email us at orders@lavanyathelabel.com with your order number to inform us if you wish to opt for self-collection upon order confirmation.
• Do collect your order within 2 working days upon confirmation email.
• If the order is not collected within 2 working days, we will mail the order to the shipping address stated.
• Self-collection is only available 1 day after an order is made.
