(You can also opt for “Buy It Now” to be directly redirected to the payment page.) Click on the bag icon at the top right corner to review your product. If you wish to remove the selected item from the cart, click the “Remove” button. If you want to browse more, click the “Start Shopping” button. To complete your purchase, click the “Checkout” button.

No, you can browse through the collection and shop without setting up an account. You can simply proceed with the checkout and add the asked details on the checkout page to place an order.

After placing an order, you will get a confirmation email and a message on your WhatsApp number. Your order will be prepared and shipped from our Bhilwara, Rajasthan warehouse.

You can apply a promo code visible on the checkout page.

Check the standard size chart on each product page, which provides the measurements in both inches (in) and centimeters (cm).

We believe fashion comes in all sizes, thus, our collection ranges from XXS to XXXL.

We offer both cash-on-delivery and prepaid payment methods. 

For prepaid orders, we accept the following payment methods:

• Net Banking: All major banks
• Wallets: Amazon Pay, PhonePe, MobiKwik, Freecharge, Airtel Payments Bank, Ola Money, JioMoney, Bajaj Pay, and Paytm

For international payments, we accept Stripe and PayPal.

If you notice any unauthorized transactions, contact your bank right away. Rest assured, we don’t store card information and rely on secure payment gateways for processing.

Absolutely! We ensure secure transactions by processing payments through an authorized and protected site. Your card details are never stored on our platform.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Orders will be delivered to locations where our courier partners provide service. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

Domestic shipping is free. For international orders, we charge 1900 INR for each product.

As a Made-to-Order brand, preparing and dispatching a product requires time. Domestic orders are shipped within 15-30 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. We take 7-12 business days to deliver your shipment after it has been dispatched. 

Each order can only be shipped to one address. To deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

In the case of return and exchange, reverse pickup charges are non-refundable. For more information, please refer to our return and exchange policy.

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our service providers will make up to three attempts before returning the package to our warehouse.

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking icon in the top right corner. Add your order number and email id to track your order.

As a made-to-order brand, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to accommodate exchange requests. For more information, please refer to our return and exchange policy.

You can send an exchange request via email at orders@lavanyathelabel.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

You can cancel your order via email at orders@lavanyathelabel.com within 48 hours of placing the order. For more information, please refer to our return and exchange policy.

We are a manufacturing unit and begin processing your order only after it is placed. Thus, you cannot cancel the order after the order is processed, dispatched, or shipped.

The refund is only applicable if the cancellation is requested within 48 hours of placing the order.  Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation. The amount will be refunded to the original payment source and may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.
