We send out all our products with love and precision, yet if you happen to receive the wrong size then you can send us an exchange request at email@example.com. An executive will respond to your request within 24 working hours.
The pick-up for the product will be arranged by us. Exchanged piece in the correct size will be made as soon as possible. You will receive the shipping information on your registered mail id once it is dispatched.
Exchange will only be done for sizing issues or defective items and at no cost.
Exchange request shall be raised within 3 days of delivery. After that, we will not be able to entertain any requests.
Exchange will be done only once for one piece.
If the required exchange size is not available in stock, the order will be cancelled and the return process will be initiated.
Three attempts will be made for item pick up. If the third attempt fails, the pickup request will be deemed as unsuccessful.
Note: We do not provide exchange for International orders.
Please make sure that when the product is being exchanged:
All product tags are intact and in their original packaging.
Products must be in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the shipment is received at our warehouse and checked for quality.
In case, the product fails our quality inspection, the product will be shipped back to you.
Note: One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.
